As a cub leader and parading with the British Legion every year on Remembrance Sunday, when I see the young people stand in silence while listening to the names of soldiers killed in WW1 and WW2,  I am very proud. Being lucky enough to take my cubs to the WW2 defences in Belgium in 2014, 100 years since the start of WW1, was a humbling experience. This is a very worthy cause and just to be able to give a little bit back to the people who truly need it, will make the pain worthwhile.
