Well our triathlon adventures for 2008 are over!!

The London Triathlon on Saturday bought it all to an end.  Joan finished the sprint event (750m swim, 20k bike, 5k run)  in 1hr 40mins (258th out of 715.) The weather was somewhat wet and windy and added to the challenge for both competitor and spectator alike, but it was all worthwhile!!

Many, many thanks to those of you who have donated to Compassion. Your support has been an inspiration to us and  we trust that your donations no matter how small will be a real blessing to those children affected by Aids and HIV.
