This year, as we are celebrating Tobias' 40th, we thought that instead of presents it would make us happy if any of you chose to support a charity close to our hearts.

tri for life has pledged £600,000 to four wonderful charities - Great Ormond Street Hospital, Breakthrough Breast Cancer, Rays of Sunshine, and Whizz Kidz. For the past five years, tri for life has organised a triathlon event from which all proceeds are donated to its nominated charities. This year's event was the biggest ever, held at Woburn Abbey, with over 850 people taking part and 3,000 spectators.

We think tri for life is a wonderful charity supporting lots of great intitiatives, any donation will be greatly appreciated.
