Hi there,

Never one to sit around, my latest crazy endeavour is to complete an Olympic-distance triathlon.

That's a:

- A 1,500 metre swim, followed by

- A 40 kilometre bike ride, followed by

- A 10 kilometre run, followed by

- A really big rest

I will be taking part in the London Triathlon on August 8, and raising money for Macmillan Cancer Research, a very worthy cause helping people living with cancer, and a charity that is close to my heart personally.
