Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I've just found the time to set up this page ... hope there is enough time to do my part!

My story is pretty simple really. Windsurfing has been a prominent part of my life for as long as I care to remember, and along with shaping many of the decisions I've made, provides the opportunity to meet inspirational people like David Tuttlebee, the founder of the Windsurfing 4 Cancer Research (W4CR) charity. The team of people he has helping him and the momentum the charity now has is testament to David's strength of character in facing his challenges head on. He sets the standard for us all.

With setting up The Official Test Centre (OTC) in Weymouth - one of the UK's premier windsurfing locations, it was only natural to want to become involved and try to do our part. Sunrise is at 0537 on May 2nd, and I'll be hitting the water then. We then have a group of ten kids we are going to teach the 'Start Windsurfing' course to throughout the day, and finally there will be a BBQ in the evening which will double up as the first social for the Weymouth Windsurfing Association (WWA) for 2010. Should be a long, but fun and rewarding day!

Please give as much or as little as you can for a very worthwhile cause. Better still, come and join us on the water down here in Weymouth if you can. Many thanks. Here's the JustGiving blurb...
