Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I DID IT!  The marathon was wonderful and I finished the course in 5 hours 39 mins !  Not bad for an ex couch potato.

Thanks to everyone for sponsoring me.  (If you're visiting this page for the first time you can still sponsor me as it stays live until the 11th July................... : ) )

I have been pounding the pavements since September in all sorts of weather with the help of my training buddy Rache, Pauley (meeting me at the point of collapse and supplying oranges to revive me) and a big bag of Murray Mints.

It's time now to start gathering all the millions of sponsors I've been promised by people who've either seen me training (not a pretty sight!) or I've bored with ' guess how many miles I've done this week '.

So get your purses and pockets open and give your dosh to help the charity Young Heroes.

Thanking you very muchly!

Now for the science bit............................
