22/05/08  I've just started carb loading 17 packets of digestives left . . .

23/05/08 Just been discharged from hospital, Carlon's colonoscopy went well!!!!

BIG BIG NEWS!!

Martin Brown has finally agreed to ride along with me and will be completing it with me.  Anthony that means you need to donate that £70.  I will provide photographs of our ride at various spots around the course.

Finally and as the last great incentive if I can raise an additional £4500 before the race I'll do it in a green Borat thong
