The Prison Phoenix Trust encourages prisoners in the development of their spiritual welfare, through the practices of meditation and yoga, working with silence and the breath. We offer personal support to prisoners around the UK and Eire through teaching, workshops, correspondence, books and newsletters - and to prison staff too.

My personal message:

Thank you  for visiting my Yoga Aid fundraising page.

On November 2nd I'm taking part in Yoga Aid at The Yoga Show, Olympia. I'll do 108 sun salutations on behalf of the Prison Phoenix Trust in the hope that the effect of my practice moves beyond the mat,  reaching out to those in prison who can benefit from the awareness and inner stillness that yoga cultivates.

Donating through Justgiving is the most efficient way to sponsor me: The Prison Phoenix Trust receives the money quickly, and if you’re a UK taxpayer,25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
