Thank you  for visiting my Yoga Aid fundraising page.

On October 31st  I'm taking part in The Yoga Aid Challenge at The Yoga Show, Olympia. I'll do 108 sun salutations on behalf of the Prison Phoenix Trust in the hope that the effect of my practice moves beyond the mat,  reaching out to those in prison who can benefit from the awareness and inner stillness that yoga cultivates.

Donating through Justgiving is the most efficient way to sponsor me: The Prison Phoenix Trust receives the money quickly, and if you’re a UK taxpayer,25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
