Cardiac Risk in the Young Verified by JustGiving
RCN 1050845 (England & Wales), SC052581 (Scotland)
Each week at least twelve young people in the UK die suddenly as a result of undiagnosed heart conditions. At Cardiac Risk In the Young we aim to save young lives & to help those affected by young sudden cardiac death (YSCD). We do this by providing support, information & screening those affected.

Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please sponsor me online.

It is always difficult to lose someone you love. Especially when it is someone so young, someone so close they can be trusted with and warrant the role 'best man to be' and when there is no plausible explanation for the loss. After 7 treasured years at secondary school, Duncan went onto Oxford University to study Law and Experimental Psychology. He was a fit athlete with a bright future ahead of him.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Cardiac Risk in the Young will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you (be aware though that a small charge of pence is made on debit/credit cards).

Many thanks for your support.
