There is very little TV in Burundi, and what there is not is not very good quality. However a new Christian TV station has recently been set up.
Several of our New Generation streetkids have already been trained in documentary-making and film-editing, and they will become the on-the-ground crew bombing around the country collecting great stories, testimonies etc, creating three programs a week. I love the fact that this will empower a team of seven now adult streetkids (with significant oversight) to have a chance to make something of their lives. 

The budget for 7 salaries for 6 months, plus 2 quality cameras, computer software and equipment, and a vehicle, is just $17,500. Come on, we can do that easily!

To get Christian TV coverage beyond Bujumbura we need to install some technology on a pylon upcountry, which would then cover 70% of the country. That will cost $40k. And to finish equipping the second studio, which is much-needed, we need a further $50k.
