Decided it was about time that I did something a little challenging for a good cause and the Prince's trust is a fantastic charity that is providing young people aged between 13 and 30 the opportunities that so many of us take for granted. I will be taking part in the Palace to Palace bike ride - a 45 mile route from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle. Training has been delayed (as I've only just acquired a bike) so it promises to be an interesting experience! 

This is the first time I'm attempting Palace to Palace but if all goes well I can see it becoming an annual occurrence!
