Here we go again!!!

The tycom boys are running for charity again and we aim to raise more than last year so dig deep. Keith, Calum, Steve, Iain and Alan are getting the trainers on and setting off on another legendary 10k adventure - this time the Baker Hughes 10K in Aberdeen.
