Ubuntu 3 Peaks Challenge · 6 June 2009 ·

Founded on the belief that township children's birthplaces should not determine their futures, Ubuntu's mission is simple, all encompassing, yet radical: to give 2,000 orphaned and vulnerable children living in the townships of Port Elizabeth, South Africa what all children deserve--everything.

Story

Thanks for visiting our fundraising page.

The challenge involves tackling the three highest peaks in the United Kingdom (Scotland, England and Wales) all with in 24 hours!

Last year was an amazing adventure and this year I'm sure will prove to be just as good (hopefully minus the injuries)

Any support regardless of how big or small will go miles for us and the children of Port Elizabeth, South Africa.

After 10 years, Ubuntu Education Fund is proud to report that we provide over 40,000 orphaned and vulnerable children and their families with life-saving HIV support services and essential educational resources. The organization that Jacob and Banks started in a broom closet with a raffle on their university campus today has over 80 full time staff in South Africa and fundraising offices in London and New York. Ubuntu's child-centered approach highlights the difference between merely touching a child's life versus fundamentally changing it.

Thank you again for your support and time! It is greatly appreciated.
