Story

On Friday 22nd July Stephen, Johnny & Jonathan left Newtownards to drive 6,500 miles to Mongolia as part of The Mongol Rally. They are doing this in a 'just about roadworthy' ambulance which will be sold off once they reach Mongolia and the money donated to a local childrens charity.

Their journey will take them through France, Germany, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Russian Federation, Kazakhstan and Mongolia, covering 6,500 miles of deserts, mountains and 'dodgy roads'

They are personally covering all the costs of this trip and would like to raise as much money as possible for their chosen charities, Tiny Life and Maric Curie Cancer Care Belfast.

Please donate a couple of quid to spur them on as they continue on their journey (which they hope to complete in 3 weeks).

As of Sunday 24th July they had reached 100km from Czech Republic, lets hope they make it to the finish!

Every penny helps and I'm sure each donation will spur them on to 'patch up' the ambulance and get to Mongolia!
