BUPA Great Manchester Run 2012 · 20 May 2012 ·

Llanberis MRT is one of the busiest in the UK with an annual callout rate of over 220 incidents. Based in and around the Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) area the team is made up of about 50 volunteers who are all experienced mountaineers. As a registered charity we rely entirely on your donations.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our UKFast JustGiving page.

Snowdonia has been the setting for many of UKFast’s team building trips over the last four years and hundreds of us have enjoyed the incredible achievement of conquering Snowdon – the highest and busiest mountain in Wales.

The team relies almost entirely on voluntary donations in order to do what they do so well. Raising money by running the Great Manchester Run is our way of saying thanks to everyone at Llanberis Mountain Rescue not just for looking out for our team brilliantly and allowing us to safely experience some amazing things but also for turning out in all weathers, day or night, 365 days a year to help anyone who finds themselves in trouble on the hills.

So please dig deep and donate now.
