Rob Roy Challenge · 9 April 2008

Martin Currie Charitable Foundation is run by staff of Edinburgh-based investment management business, Martin Currie. We support a number of good causes through charitable donations and volunteering. Our main fundraising event is the Martin Currie Rob Roy Challenge, held each year in June.

Story

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page.

The Rob Roy Challenge covers 55 miles of the spectacular Rob Roy Way by a combination of walking and cycling.

The Team will walk or run 16 miles from Drymen, near Loch Lomond, north-east through The Trossachs to Callander. From there we will then switch to bikes for a 39 mile cycle via Balquhidder to Kenmore on the banks of Loch Tay. Details of the route can be found here: http://www.robroychallenge.com/about/route/

As we dig deep into our energies and resolve on June 21st, please also dig deep and sponsor me and the team online. Microsoft will match all of your contribution, making our overall target £10,000 for the sponsored charities. So please donate generously knowing even more money will be generated for these good causes.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Martin Currie Charitable Foundation will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support.
