I've attached a picture taken earlier on in the year showing me, to say the least, not in the most comfortable of situations..(after 13miles only too! - Gulp!) so that hopefully some may even take pity and sponsor me.

I am raising money to pay for the much needed biscuits f...Errr, that's not right..

I am hoping to raise money for The International Children's Deaf Society.  Please dig deep!  Thank you for your kind support here and over the last year as I know some of you have had to endure tales of my lactic acid and over pronation amongst other, no doubt, equally boring running tales!
