Claire, Geoff and Tim will take part in the London Triathlon in August. On Saturday 9th we will aim to complete the team Olympic Relay event (as fast as possible of course). On Sunday Geoff and Tim will try and shake off the effects of the previous day's exertions and complete the Olympic Men's Individual event.

We are aiming to raise as much money as possible in support of the work of Médecins du Monde UK. MDM UK provides much needed medical help for those people in London who find themselves excluded from the public health system and also help vulnerable people across the world in crisis situations.
