We did it, we did it, we did it!

Despite all the pessimists we did the whole ride on one wheel!

Sore back sides and sore legs, yes we have those aplenty! But it was worth it, the encouragement from passing bicycle riders was fantastic, and the cheers from the crowd as we crossed the finish line in Brighton made it all worth it.

It took us 9hrs in total, starting at 5.50am crossing the finish line at 2.50pm. Of this time 6.5hrs was in the saddle and 2.5hrs resting our back sides and lunching.

Matt conquered most of the hills and got a third of the way up Ditchling Beacon, until a silly bicycle rider got in his way. Simon whimped out on a few suffering from jelly legs 35-40miles in.

Now that we've acheived our crazy goal, there's never been a better time to donate, this site will stay open for a good long while....
