Every day The Children’s Trust makes life worth living for some of the most disabled children in Britain. Thousands of families cope with the daily struggle of bringing up a child with multiple disabilities. For a few hundred of these families The Children’s Trust provides a lifeline. In 2009 we celebrate our 25th Anniversary. Over those years we have transformed the lives of thousands of children and their families by  providing expert nursing care, short breaks, therapy programmes, a special school and a chance for these children to live their lives to the full no matter how serious their disabilities.

Some children become disabled suddenly as the result of an accident or illness and for these children our rehabilitation programmes offer them a chance to rebuild their shattered lives. Quite simply, we give their families hope.

We want to use our 25th Anniversary to highlight the needs of children with multiple disabilities and reach more families. It is a huge challenge and to meet it we will need to raise more money than ever before. We need your help.
