RESULT: Thank you for all the donations and helping me hit target! I finished the race is 5hours 18 minutes and was thrilled with 38th place out of 299 finishers, and I´m not sure how many starters exactly. It helped me in the tough parts to think I had a large audience of kind people to report back to after the weekend...so the donations kept me going!! 

On Sunday I will race in a 50km (31miles) running event, in Granada (South Spain). The race climbs 3390 metres over the final 40km to eventually finish 4500 metres above sea level at the summit of Mulhacen, in the Sierra Nevada mountain range. 

This will be the hardest thing I´ve done so far, the 40 degree heat, the altitude, the constant ascent for the last 40km, and the snow, wind or rain for the last 10km .......so please help me raise money for Breast Cancer research by donating just a few pounds with the link below.
