WHO? WHY? Barbara and Chris are doing Lands End to John O'Groats on the 8th September 2010 for Home-Start Reading. We're looking to raise £10 for each of the 1000 miles we expect to cover inbetween for the Home Start in Reading - thats a whopping £10,000!

CHALLENGING? Both "athletes" have a background of cycling and fearlessly exploring for the benefit of others - typically converting the comedic laughs of onlookers into the financial benefit for charities. The challenge for 2010 is for Barbara to celebrate her 60th year of youth and for Chris not to drop the cake or let the candles blow out on the way up the country!

HOW? On bicycles of course! Otherwise it would take forever and Chris & Barbara would probably never speak to each other again! We aim to take a mere 14 days, hugging the west coast upto Scotland, then through the centre to Inverness and then hugging the east coast all the way to John O'Groats.

We need your help!  Please help us to reach our target of £10,000! The 1000 odd miles will be much easier with you behind us!'

Many thanks,
Barbara and Chris
