We support research into all aspects of cancer through the work of more than 4,250 scientists, doctors and nurses. Over the past 10 years alone, thousands of lives have been saved through earlier detection and improved treatments. But, much work remains to be done if we are to achieve our aim of beating cancer.

My story

Hey All

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

For the past two years I have run 5Ks and 10Ks for Cancer Research in memory of my nan and the others in by life who have been affected by cancer.

So this year I decided to embark on the Urban Fox Challenge. The aim is to complete a number of events in aid of Cancer Research and end with the 2010 London Marathon (fingers crossed I can get a place).

So far the events I am taking part in are:

BUPA 10000
London to Brighton Bike Ride (also raising money for British Heart Foundation)
Race for Life 10K
Run to the Beat Half Marathon

I will add new events as and when I have confirmation of a place. Follow my training and event preparations at www.urban-fox.co.uk.

Cancer Research is a fantastic charity working really hard in the fight against cancer. Please help me raise some much needed funds for them to aid them in this fight.
