My story
Hi. I am Ursula and I am 11 years old. Many years ago someone told me about the Little Princess Trust. They make wigs for kids who have lost their hair, for example, through treatment for cancer. I have been lucky and never known anyone close who has needed a wig. But when I heard about the work of the Little Princess Trust, and how much a wig can mean to a child, I decided to help. Even though I am a tomboy and have never been interested in fashion or hairstyles, I decided to grow my hair to donate it and raise money for the Little Princess Trust. Over the years me and my hair have fought many battles and I have often wanted to cut it off. Luckily before I got my hands on any scissors I remembered the people who needed my hair and I resisted the urge to snip. The battle with my hair is almost over as it has grown long enough to donate. All that I need now is your generosity. My target is to raise a minimum of £1000 for the Little Princess Trust. Please tell your friends and family about my page and target. If everyone gives just one pound it won't take long for me to reach my target. Remember even a little bit of money can make a big difference.

The big day has finnaly arrived as I will be having my hair cut on the Saturday the 5th May 2012 in Hollingbury ASDA. Thank you to all who have donated, it is very much appreciated.
