Help us raise money for Marie Curie Cancer Care!
Valerie Manor is holding a Blooming Great Tea Party to raise funds for Marie Curie Cancer Care. The tea party, which is taking place at Valerie Manor on Friday 26th August 2011 from 3pm to 6pm, will include a Raffle, Face Painting by True Colours, a Tea Teaser Quiz, and a wide selection of delicious homemade refreshments for sale!
All the money raised from the tea party will help Marie Curie Nurses to provide more free care to patients with terminal cancer and other illnesses in the comfort of their own homes or one of the charity’s hospices.
It’s going to be a fantastic event and a great way to get together with friends old and new. The more money we raise, the more free care Marie Curie Nurses can provide to people at home.
Our tea party is part of many others that have been taking place across the country as part of Marie Curie Cancer Care’s Blooming Great Tea Party campaign, which hopes to raise one million pounds for the charity this summer. You can find out more on their website at www.mariecurie.org.uk/teaparty.
