**27 April: thank you so much for all your support! I am really pleased with coming home at 4hrs 41 mins (21 mins faster than last year) - no major aches and pains to report either!. O managed 5 hrs 25 mins with the help of numberous massges from the St John's Ambulance teams!**

So FLM08 has been and gone. I can't thank everyone enough for the sponsorship last time round so thought I'd hit you all up again ;op

I was unlucky in the ballot this year but it has given me the opportunity to run for the fabulous charity that is Shelter.

I also get to experience it (well, travel to the start...possibly) with Owen, who gained a ballot place. I know...don't laugh too hard. Still, it means that we can combine our efforts. If anyone wants to sponsor Owen (or take bets on which mile marker is is likely to keel over at) then he has kindly offered to direct them here to help me towards my target!

That just leaves to to say a massive thank you for supporting me (us!)!
