Ok, so we all know the chances of me ever running the marathon or excelling in sport of any kind are slim. So, to do my bit for charity I shall be throwing myself off a building!!

I will be taking part in a 100ft abseil off the EDP building in Norwich on Saturday 20 June. This in aid of Leeway Women's Aid, a Norfolk based charity supporting women and children who have experienced domestic abuse.
