Children First is Scotland’s national children’s charity. We stand up for children, keep them safe and support them to recover from trauma and abuse through our national and local services.

Story

Thanks for visiting our fundraising page,

As part of the Venture & Subsea 7 partnership we are committed to making a difference, not just for ourselves, but for those in need.  To this end, a team of 12 from both companies are taking part in the Glen Affric 3G challenge - either a gruelling 20 or 48 mile mountain bike course - to raise money for Children 1st, Marie Curie Cancer Care and The Meningitis Trust.

Unfortunately, justgiving.com does not yet feature multi charity donations, though they are working hard on it!  So what we are doing is donating all monies raised through this site to Children 1st.  Venture and Subsea 7 have generously pledged to match all funds raised, which will be donated to Marie Curie and the Meningitis Trust.  This way all three charities shall receive equal amounts.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor us: CHILDREN 1st gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor us now!
