So on Sunday 18th October I'll be running in the Salisbury Half Marathon to raise money for The Trussell Trust- eek! I'm running as part of The Trussell Trust's '5 at 50' campaign, running alongside my Dad in hopefully one of his final races of his 50th year. Just four weeks left to get in shape and then the plan is to run a father-daughter race, essentially being dragged along by my Dad.

I'm very excited and would really appreciate your support. The Trussell Trust are continuing to do a great work and have increased the number of projects in both the UK and abroad this year, helping more and more vulnerable people in crisis. They're a brilliant charity and I'd love your help in raising money for them by doing this race.
