I am running ten whole kilometres to raise money to help orphans and vulnerable children in Zambia to go to school. The money will go to Cecily's Fund, a fantastic charity I used to work for. You can find out all about it on www.cecilysfund.org

It would be great if you could sponsor me or even better join me and run too! I have run ten kilometres before, but that was back in the day when I was a lithe athlete (ahem...). I'm sorry to say that these days I am not well acquainted with my gym kit and I can assure you that this will be no picnic!
