When I became disabled in 2008, during the next few years there seemed there was nothing exciting to do. Everything I'd been doing before my illness was not there for me anymore.

But I was lucky enough to meet up with a great guy David Durston who was himself disabled sailor of note, he recommended a few sports and sailing was of course on the his list. He suggested going along to check it out at the Sailability on Frensham Ponds. 

Well, what a great bunch of people they turned out to be, very friendly and very helpful and very nice.
