In April 2010 I will be fulfilling a long standing ambition to run the London Marathon. I was lucky enough to be given a ballot place on my first attempt meaning that I am free to run for any charity I wish. I have chosen to run for a local charity that supports bereaved young people in Norfolk called Nelson's Journey. Im now only two weeks away from the big day and thoroughly excited. Just had a week off training to allow the niggles and pains a chance to heal. I will now just be running a few miles a week to keep the fitness going without using too much energy.
