I will be running the Great North Run on Sunday 16th September to raise money for the Babybeat appeal based in Sharoe Green Maternity Unit at Royal Preston Hospital. This is a charity very close to my family's heart. The work they do is amazing but they need donations to continue this work. They rely on donations to buy and upgrade most of the equipment the Maternity unit requires. All of this equipment is designed to help and support every mother and baby in Sharoe Green Hospital.
