people who know me understands how passionate i am about raising vital fund for kids who suffer from arthritis for those who dont know me please continue reading.

 my daughter Caitlan suffers from arthritis since the age of 7 (currently shes 14) and needs weekly injections to manage the severity of the disease, this in itself can cause unwanted  side effects and stress.

As a family we just get on with it,  but kids all over the UK have no support therefore the charity CCAA gives welcome weekend  break along with support to parents/ carers, kids with any forms of rheumatology conditions and  their siblings. 

we were lucky to have attended one of the weekends hence raising money to help it continue, it gives so much more than support and education it really  helped Caitlan realise she wasn't on her own and she made friends who had the condition in common which helped her   accept and deal with hers. 

I am also raising vital funds to help BSPAR parents group in creating an educational tool to help the educational system recognise kids with rheumatology conditions personal and educational  needs in school which I currently  represent.
