One word, “Yes”,.. Now for such a little word it can get you into a whole lot of trouble!! Back in January I was asked if I would like to take part in the Yorkshire Dales Three Peak Challenge to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support,.. Just a small walk across a few little hills I thought,.. “Yes, that sounds lovely, why not” I said!!

 

Ooops, it turns out that on the 24^th of September I will be taking part in an arduous 25 mile hike with 5000 feet of climbing – and all in under 12 hours (Pen-Y-Ghent, Whernside & Ingleborough)!

 

So with weeks remaining I now have the daunting task of not only trying to get my wobbly body in shape but have the responsibility of raising as much money as possible for this truly worthy charity. Macmillan provides practical, medical and financial support to thousands of people, in addition to this they are pushing for better cancer care.

 

Our Michael Page team are trying to raise a minimum of £30,000 for this fantastic charity, please can you dig deep and help me raise as much money as possible.
