hi everyone,

well, i have been to the gym, the nexus center in carterton and a very fantastic instructor called Ben took me under his wing and showed me how amazing the POWER PLATE is wow what a piece of kit, in just 3 weeks i have lost 10 inches, 7 from my waist alone. fantastic but of kit would recommend anyone to use it, all i have got is another 7 inches to go and i will be happy bunny,

i want to thank everyone for there donations its great, wondered if everyone could send, this page to all there friends.

Lets see if i can do it before the end of july, i am not going to be wearing a size 16 wet suit at fistral beach, its not a good look for me:-( but a size 10 is ;-)
