For those of you who don't know Ben, he passed away on August 1st 2008 at the tender age of 23 after a life long battle with Cystic Fibrosis. Words cannot describe what he meant to me and all of his family and friends....he will be dearly missed.
In tribute to him, I am doing this abseil. I'm not particularly fond of heights, but i'm happy to do this to raise some money for the cause!
