At last minute I have filled in the forms to  "be strapped into a harness suspended below a wire rope and travel at speeds of up to 30mph between the Williams and Dolman stands" at Bristol City Football Ground this saturday 12th July.

I supported this charity when I did Run for the Future last year, and I think it is for a good cause.
