LIFE LIMITED CHILDREN HAVE A LOT OF LIVING TO DO, ACORNS AIMS TO MAKE EVERY DAY EXTRA SPECIAL FOR THE CHILDREN AND FAMILIES IT SERVES.

Acorns has to find £6 million per year to fund its current service, and relies on fundrainsing for over 80% of its income. There is no charge to families whatsoever for the life line services they recieve at Acorns, but it costs £450 PER DAY for a childs care.

I had an amazing day in London.  Four hours 3 minutes and 17 seconds. (Just behnind Gordon Ramsey!) Excruciating calf cramp had me in tears at mile 25 and i did the last mile in about 11 minutes!  However, I would have crawled over the finish line if necessary!  Thanks to everybody for your support, encouragement and sponsorship.  Full training blogs and final race day report can be found here:
