I'm training hard for the London Marathon and currently increasing the weekly miles with a long run on Sundays around Richmond Park, 2/3 laps at 7 miles a lap, and shorter runs during the week. I have another half marathon coming up in a couple of weeks - the Leith Hill Half Marathon which is a tough one.  I'm trying to behave on the food and drink front as well as the big day gets closer.
