Whilst we very much look forward to hosting you on a familiarisation visit to Denmark, we hope that you will take the opportunity to support Meeting Needs, the Events Industry charity. Any money raised from this will go straight to the charities involved and will not be handled by VisitDenmark. Giving is purely optional and will not effect your participation in this trip. However we do reserve the right to give any cancellation fees in the event that you cancel your participation, to the charity as well.
