My name is Victoria (Vicky) Nicholson, I’m 20, from East Anglia and from the 6th of May 08 till the 16th I will be Trekking round the foothills of the Himalayas to raise money and awareness for ChildLine!

The trek will take me through the district of Dharamsala which is in the North of India. This will undoubtedly be a huge physical challenge consisting of a tough variety of terrains and my accommodation for the majority of the trip will be a tent!

ChildLine is a fantastic and incredibly worthwhile cause that provides a free 24-hour helpline for children who are in distress or danger. Everyday ChildLine receives around 4,500 calls, but due to a lack of funds only around 2,500 of these will be answered. Please help me to try and improve this by donating now.
