My story
Welcome to the Vodafone Wales & West's fund raising page.
A very dear friend and colleague of ours, Tony passed away on the 29th of April this year. He spent his final weeks at the St Peter's Hospice where he was expertly cared for.
Over May, June and July, the Vodafone Wales & West employees are involved in a whole host of activities to raise money for St Peter's Hospice.
These activities culminate on the 8th of July when a number of Vodafone employees are throwing themselves out of perfectly good planes in order to raise money for a charity that has meant so much to our good friend Tony.
If you choose to support our efforts your donation will be matched by the Vodafone Foundation and St Peters Hospice will receive twice as much.

St Peter's Hospice is Bristol's only adult hospice caring for local people with incurable illnesses. Our commitment is to improve the quality of life of patients while extending care and support to their families and loved ones. Last year we cared for over 2,000 patients and supported over 6,000 family members, including children. 85% of this care was provided in patients homes. All of our care is provided free of charge - the NHS contributes just 25% of our annual running costs. For the rest we are totally reliant on the generosity of the public who support us through many different ways.
