VOICES OF HOPE CONCERT · 27 March 2010

ADRA-UK is part of the ADRA Network, a global humanitarian organisation that demonstrates God’s love and compassion. We enable women, men and children living in some of the world’s poorest communities to create sustainable pathways out of poverty and distress.

Story

Dear Donor

As you are aware 200,000 people are believed dead in the recent Haiti Earthquake Disaster with a further 3 million made homeless.  Children have lost their parents, people have lost their livelihoods and a country already considered to be very poor, is now in the grips of devastation.

Thinking about the tragedy, we here at ICE wondered what we could do to assist. As a social enterprise, we decided to collaborate with ADRA-UK and host the VOICES of HOPE event on Saturday 27th March, 2010 at 7pm. VOICES OF HOPE will be an evening of verse and praise with Ken Burton, award-winning reknowned composer, Gospel artiste, conductor and performer who has performed for the Queen. The evening will also feature Tessera, who have featured on BBC's Songs of Praise.  We are also pleased to have with us Croydon Gospel Choir with Ken Burton, Tina Brooks, Patrick Bernard among others.
