Where to start....

Every night I watch news on TV and it is like a routine (people dying, not enough food, illness) misery around the world.

I am in good health, have food on my plate every day, I can lie on my sofa, unconcerned about those events.

I'd like to make a change.

I've reached a stage in my life where I feel I am able that I can bring happiness & warmest in somebody's life.

I've decided I will run the London 10K run and participate in "Around the World in a Day, organized by Hilton in the Community Foundation. Of course I can't change the world by myself.
