Thank you for taking the time to donate to our Haiti Appeal in aid of ShelterBox

ShelterBox is one of the most recent additions to VPF’s portfolio. ShelterBox is an international disaster relief charity, based in Cornwall, UK, focused on providing rapidly delivered, high quality emergency shelter, to those caught up in natural or man made disasters.

ShelterBox has already responded to the earthquake in Haiti and had its first team into Haiti on the 14^th January, a day and a half after the earthquake struck.

It is now working 24 hours a day in Miami, Haiti and at it’s base in Cornwall to ensure that boxes get packed, shipped, forwarded and distributed to those most in need.

What is inside the box?

 Each box costs an average of £490 including all materials, packing, storage and distribution to individual recipients worldwide. Based on six months use only this equates to 27 pence per person per day.

Your donation will help ShelterBox reach families whose lives have been devastated by this earthquake. Your help will make a huge difference.
