Your support will help Hounds for Heroes provide specially trained assistance dogs to injured and disabled men and women of both the UK Armed forces and Civilian Emergency Services with the aim of giving it’s clients an enhanced quality of life in line with their expectations. Wagging Tails are proud supporters of Hounds for Heroes and throughout 2013 will be raising money in aid of this charity.

Throughout 2013 I will be taking part in a number of official running events in aid of Hounds for Heroes. I recently completed  the Bath and Reading Half Marathons dressed as our mascot Bernie the St Bernard and am currently in training for the Great South Run on Sunday 27th October 2013. 

• Sunday 27th October 2013. The Great South Run (as Bernie the Saint Bernard). 10 miles. In training! 
• Sunday 17th March 2013, Reading Half Marathon (as Bernie the Saint Bernard). 13.1 miles. Completed.
• Sunday 3rd March 2013, Bath Half Marathon (as Bernie the Saint Bernard). 13.1 miles. Completed
