My name is Matt Ormond, my goal is to raise as much money as possible for Greenpeace to help them continue their vital work. I aim to do this by way of a sponsored walk from Penzance to Falmouth in Cornwall, following the coastal footpath along the beautiful Lizard peninsular, a total of 96km or 60 Miles.
I will be making this challenge a bit tougher for my self to try and encourage more sponsorship. To do this I will be totally self-sufficient for the duration of the walk, carrying all my own gear, with no support car and only camping, ( no warm B&B’s or luggage transport for me!). Starting date to be around Easter, I will post on Facebook closer to the day, there will also be daily updates once i have started the walk to let you all know how I'm getting on.
