Prior's Court exists to transform the lives of autistic young people with complex needs, helping them build a brighter, more independent future. Fundraising enables young people to have access to specialist equipment, activities and projects, helping them to live more fulfilling lives.

Story

On April 1st staff, students and their families will come together for Prior's Court's annual Walkathon. Students will be walking, cycling, running or scooting around the School's activity track to raise funds for a new bouncy castle, sensory equipment as well as trips and activities for the School.

The event was a huge success last year and was enjoyed by everyone who took part. Careful planning and visual prompts ensured that students enjoyed the day. Each student had an individual target with laps of the track identified on a lap board and the 'First Walk Then Lolly' T shirts were a visual reminder of the motivation offered to tempt everyone with an ice lolly after the walk .

Last year the event raised £1000 for the School and this year we are aiming to hit or surpass this wonderful achievement.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
